People

We strive to be a supportive and intellectually rigorous environment for doing science.

We are recruiting both new graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, and recognize that diversity is key to a creative, excellent team. We have open projects to: examine gene expression dynamics in E. coli, create predictive models that relate enzyme activity and abundance to growth, design methods for high-throughput in vivo biochemistry of metabolic enzymes, and engineer/evolve new allosteric systems. We are also always open to new ideas and trying new things. If you would like to work with us at the interface of data science, quantitative experimental biology, and protein biochemistry please reach out!
